COMMUNITY INFORMATION
The Los Paseos Community, developed by Baywood Homes, consists of 96 homes which offer charming Monterey or Santa Barbara styling, complemented with informal landscaping and the opportunity for private sideyard gardens. Grassy parkways and shady street trees enhance the neighborhood with natural beauty.
Highlighting the charm of earlier times, the gated community of Los Paseos features Early California cottages in a neotraditional setting. This approach, which blends the "best of the past" with contemporary features, creates a residential environment reminiscent of California's early beach towns.
The front porches, sideyard gardens and neighborhood sidewalks with garages placed to the rear of each home, create a unique people-friendly setting. For recreation, you can enjoy a private swimming pool, spa, picnic/barbeque area and toddler play area. From the moment you arrive, you feel it -- a more gracious, close-knit neighborhood.
Visit the "Member Portal" to access the Los Paseos portal where you can pay your dues online, register for an e-statement, submit and track a service request and much much more.
Architectural Processing
The sole purpose of the following Architectural and Landscaping Standards
are to maintain the architectural character of Los Paseos, to keep the
community attractive to all residents, and to protect yours and the other
homeowner’s investment. Per the Association governing documents, owners
have the ability to make certain modifications to their units. In order
to do so, they must first submit an architectural application to the Architectural
Review Committee for approval. If you are considering any modifications
please download, print and complete the application and return it to Tritz
Professional Management Service (TPMS).
Architectural Guidelines and the Home Improvement Form are available in the Documents section of this website and also in the Member Portal.
