Board of Director Meetings
Board Meetings are normally held on the
third Tuesday of each odd numbered month (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sept &
Nov) beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Annual Meeting of Members
The Annual Meeting of Members for the purpose of electing individuals
to two year terms on the board of directors is held in November of each
year. At the next annual meeting, three positions on the Board will be
up for election.
Annual Budget & Audit
The association's fiscal year runs from April 1st to March 31st. The new
fiscal year budget begins on April 1, 2023 and must be mailed to the membership
no later than February 2024.
The association annual audit is mailed to homeowners each year by approximately July 31st.
Maintenance
Vendors with on-going service contracts with the association provide maintenance
as follows:
Landscaping - Thursday only
Trash Pick-up - Trash pickup is on Thursday of each week. Trash cans may be placed out as early as noon on Wednesday and must be brought back in by 10 am on Friday.
Pool Service - Twice weekly, Tuesday & Friday (year-round)
Janitorial (pool) - Monday & Saturday
Parking Patrol Service - At least once daily to monitor vehicles in violation of association parking rules and regulations.
Pest Control Service - Rodents 1 time
monthly on Saturday. General Pests including ants, fleas, spkders, roaches,
beetles and other bugs - 1st & 3rd Wednesday of each month.
