Neighborhood Maintenance Map shows the following numerical order for
slope maintenance:
- Slope maintenance: 12 week rotation (approximately)
- Grass areas: 1-2 week rotation (depending on the season)

ARCHITECTURAL DOCUMENTS
If you are planning any exterior or landscape improvements, please make certain your plans are submitted to Tritz Professional Management early enough to make it to the architectural committee prior to their meeting which is usually 1 week prior to the board meeting. If you miss this date you'll be waiting another month. Remember too that your plans will also have to be approved by the Rancho San Clemente Master association after approval by Pacific Shores, so allow time for that as well. This process can easily take 60 to 90 days.
