- DUES REMINDER: San Lorenzo Owners, As a reminder, effective 1/1/2025 the Association assessment dues have changed. The Budget Mailer indicating such fees was mailed out to the unit owners in November and 30-days prior to the December 31, 2024 fiscal year end.

2025 ELECTION RESULTS: Download HERE

2025 Monthly Regular Assessment: $592.87
Annual Special Assessment: $355.72 or you can pay monthly $29.64 for 12 months
Annual Emergency Special Assessment: $772.60 or you can pay monthly $77.26 for 10 months

Please note: If you have set up your account to pay your monthly assessment through the First Citizen Bank website, please log into your account and make the necessary new special and emergency payments either the full amounts or monthly payments. Your reoccurring monthly assessment will automatically increase to the new assessment dues and no action is required. If you are set up with online bill pay through your banking institution, please contact your bank to increase your new monthly assessment, add the monthly/lump sum of the special assessment and emergency special assessment. - POOL/SPA UPDATE: We're excited to share that the pool vendor has completed the acid wash of the pool/spa ahead of schedule. What does this mean for you? The pool/spa area is now officially reopened and available for residents to enjoy starting today (Friday, April 4, 2025)!

Additionally, all FOB access has been fully restored. If you experience any issues accessing these areas, please don’t hesitate to contact Management.
