NEW LANDSCAPE VENDOR: Effective 8/15/24 Superior Landscape is the new landscape vendor for the community. It will take Superior Landscape approximately 1 month to get everything in order. The landscape rotation will be on a 4 week rotation going forward.
TRASH CAN REMINDER: Trash cans can only be out 12 hours before and after trash pickup day. Trash cans are not allowed to be stored in view of the common area. They must be stored in the garage or behind the side gate.
TRASH PICKUP DAY UPDATE: Waste Management has changed the trash pickup day to Wednesdays. If you have any questions, please contact Waste Management at 949-642-1191.

Remember to pick up after your pets, keep them leashed and dispose of pet waste properly when walking your pet in the common areas.
Parking in the alleyway behind garages is not allowed as this area is considered a fire lane.
If you are planning any exterior or landscape improvements in your exclusive use common area, you must submit a Homeowner Improvement Form and obtain Association approval before any work can begin.
