- FIRE SPRINKLER AND ELECTRICAL UTILITY CLOSET CLEANOUT: As summer approaches, the Association is conducting routine inspections and maintenance of the community’s fire sprinkler and electrical systems. It has come to our attention that residents have begun storing personal belongings in the fire sprinkler and electrical utility closets on each of the unit buildings. Please be reminded that these closets are not intended for storage and must always remain clear to ensure immediate proper access and function of the sprinkler and electrical systems. To facilitate necessary maintenance and to maintain compliance with safety regulations, all residents are required to remove any personal belongings from the fire sprinkler closets by NOON ON SATURDAY, MAY 31ST. The Association has engaged with a vendor to sweep out and clear out all utility closets in the community following this date. After the above deadline, any remaining items will be removed and discarded. Download NOTICE HERE

- DUES REMINDER: San Lorenzo Owners, As a reminder, effective 1/1/2025 the Association assessment dues have changed. The Budget Mailer indicating such fees was mailed out to the unit owners in November and 30-days prior to the December 31, 2024 fiscal year end.

2025 Monthly Regular Assessment: $592.87
Annual Special Assessment: $355.72 or you can pay monthly $29.64 for 12 months
Annual Emergency Special Assessment: $772.60 or you can pay monthly $77.26 for 10 months

Please note: If you have set up your account to pay your monthly assessment through the First Citizen Bank website, please log into your account and make the necessary new special and emergency payments either the full amounts or monthly payments. Your reoccurring monthly assessment will automatically increase to the new assessment dues and no action is required. If you are set up with online bill pay through your banking institution, please contact your bank to increase your new monthly assessment, add the monthly/lump sum of the special assessment and emergency special assessment. - San Lorenzo Residents: Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the Board of Directors must reschedule the upcoming Board of Directors meeting originally set for Monday, May 12th at 7:00pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Attached please find the rescheduled agendas. The meeting has been rescheduled to:
