Remember to pick up after your pets, keep them leashed and dispose of pet waste properly when walking your pet in the common areas.
If you are planning any exterior or landscape improvements, please make certain your plans are submitted to Tritz Professional Management early enough to make it to the architectural committee prior to their meeting which is usually 1 week prior to the board meeting. If you miss this date you'll be waiting another month. Remember too that your plans will also have to be approved by the Rancho San Clemente Master association after approval by Pacific Shores, so allow time for that as well.
