PROPOSED PAINT SCHEMES: The Board of Directors is proposing a rule change to update the approved paint schemes. The new proposed paint schemes can be viewed HERE or by logging into your homeowner portal. If you log into your homeowner portal the proposed paint schemes are located in Documents, Virtual Bulletin Board, Rule Changes – Proposed (Login HERE). In accordance with the Civil Code §4360, the Board will be adopting the rule change on October 26, 2023, at the Regular Board Meeting to be held at 14 Calle Prospero at 6:30 p.m. Please submit any comments you may have regarding the rule change prior to October 15, 2023, or attend the above reference Board Meeting.
