MAILBOX BREAK INS! Unfortunately some of the mailboxes have been broken into and if yours was affected, please report any mail theft to the post office and/or police department.
VEHICLE BREAK-INS: Dear Glenwood residents, Please be advised that there have been a few car break-in incidents in the community in the past few days. Please be sure to lock your vehicle/s and remove any valuable belongings from the interior. If you see any suspicious activity, contact the local police department and file a report.
WILL YOU JOIN A COMMITTEE? Glenwood Association is lucky to have people who volunteer to serve this community in various ways. Having a successful Association requires teamwork. Teamwork includes the Board, property manager, and homeowners. There are many things (think about the painting project) that must be managed. NEW STRAINS OF MOSQUITES REPORTED IN ORANGE COUNTY: The landscape committee meet with Vector Control. Vector Control advises there are new strains of mosquitos quickly spreading in Orange County. They report even small amounts of standing water can create a nesting place for these mosquitos. We suggest you add pea gravel to your saucers under any potted plants or drill a hole in the bottom to prevent water from accumulating. For more details, please visit www.ocvector.org. There you will find more information on helping to eliminate the increase of mosquitos.
