Homeowners must submit a "Home Improvement Architectural Application" for all proposed modifications, alterations or additions to any portion of the property. The Costa Brava at Rancho Niguel Association Architectural Committee meets monthly and has thirty (30) days to review all submissions. The "Home Improvement Architectural Application" is available for viewing and downloading below.
